Sacred Rest Retie is an elevated retie experience created for the client who desires both hair care and deep relaxation. This service is performed in a private feminine restorative room where soft music, gentle pink tones, and aromatherapy help create a peaceful atmosphere for rest and renewal. Clients are invited to relax on a massage bed while receiving their retie, allowing the experience to feel calming, nurturing, and luxurious. Designed to support softness, comfort, and intentional care, Sacred Rest Retie transforms routine maintenance into a moment of self-care. This offering is ideal for clients who want to maintain their locs while also giving themselves space to pause, reset, and be poured into. Pricing: Regular retie rate of $120 per hour + $100 Sacred Rest upgrade
Cancellation Policy
At Positively Natural, we are dedicated to giving every client the time and attention you deserve. We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48- hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 48-hour notice may result in a charge of part or all of the service amount. Please remember that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and it ensures that others don’t miss the opportunity to receive services. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a fee of $200.00 will be charged. "No shows" will be charged $400.00 of the service amount. For appointments with multiple services, a cancellation without 48-hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of the primary service and 50% of any additional services. The cancellation fee, along with any remaining service fees, will be applied at your next appointment. Our booking and cancellation policies are in place to allow us to accommodate clients on our waiting list who are eager for an appointment. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to these policies, which allow us to provide the highest level of service. If you need to cancel due to a personal or medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to determine the best course of action.
